EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
TEETWEEN, LLC RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
For our general Terms of Service, please see Terms of Service. Acceptance of our Terms of Service also implies explicit acceptance, without limit, of this policy and its terms.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Before initiating any return, or if you have any questions, we encourage you to contact customer service directly.
Items not eligible for return include TeeTween, LLC subscription boxes, any TeeTween, LLC product purchased through a third party, any product received as a "trial" or promotional item, and item where any amount of the purchase price has been paid by or through a third party. For TeeTween, LLC products purchased through third parties, please consult that seller's return policy.
For items eligible for return, you have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. The 15-day return window is from the date the USPS delivers your item to the date you ship it to TeeTween, LLC. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Returns should submit a request for a return to firstname.lastname@example.org for processing with subject line of Return or Request for Refund in case of any receipt of a damaged item within your subscription boxes.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping, if any, will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive your item or photograph of the damaged item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item or photo of the item. If your return or refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. We reserve the right to credit a partial refund for only the value of the damaged items or ship a replacement item, where those may be available.
- Subscription Cancellation
The User agree that TeeTween, LLC has different plans such as yearly and the quarterly subscription plan. The Subscribers on all future plans are allowed to cancel their subscription 15 days prior to the next shipment to be eligible for a refund. The refund entitled to the subscriber shall be calculated and prorated according to the subscribers’ plan.
Other non-future subscriber plans will not be entitled to a refund unless the items in the box is defective or has any physical damaged from TeeTween, LLC.
TeeTween, LLC does not exchange products. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to contact customer service directly.
