Welcome to TeeTween. Thanks for stopping by. We're a family-run business with a simple goal. To provide a fun subscription box that will put a smile on any tween's face. We get it, growing up is hard to do. We hope our boxes make it a little easier.
You may notice a running giraffe theme here. Giraffes have come to be somewhat of a symbol for our family. We have committed to donating a portion of all profits to giraffe conservation funds or aid toward giraffe care at local zoos.
Megan, an 11-year-old 5th grader is the brainchild behind TeeTween. Like many other pre-teens, she was stuck at home for the latter part of 2020 because of the COVID-19 pandemic. She got the idea for a new twist on a classic subscription box service while under stay-at-home orders. With the help of mom and extra support from dad, TeeTween was born. Megan has dyspraxia and dyslexia, which can make schoolwork all the more challenging. She hopes to inspire other children who may have learning disabilities that it's nothing to be ashamed of.
Megan’s mom, Becky is her co-pilot. She’s an experienced entrepreneur and full-time supply chain professional. Together, they’re venturing out on this new journey.
Take it from this 11-year-old entrepreneur - You can do anything!
Not only did Megan create the box, but she also does her due diligence and approves every item before we ship it out! She comes up with the concepts for every package. Who better than a fellow tween to understand what kids really want?
TeeTween is setting out to create a community where EVERYBODY feels welcome.
